Where does this tube go?

In Australia, Steve Herczeg, 72, died last September. He was a former ‘Soccerroo’ – a player for the country’s national football squad (pictured).

It can’t have been a pleasant death. His urinary catheter had somehow become attached to his oxygen supply, bursting his bladder and collapsing his lungs.

At an inquest the hospital he was in – Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Adelaide – now says it’s nothing to do with them, and that maybe he mixed up the tubes himself while delerious.
