Oh those pancakes, how we love ’em – but they can be lethal!
The parents of Caitlin Nelson, 20, are suing Sacred Heart University of Connecticut. Nelson died while stuffing pancakes during a contest in the University’s “Greek Week” in March 2017.
The family’s lawsuit claims that a mass of pancake paste “like concrete” was found in Nelson’s airway.
Some maple syrup might have been useful lubrication.
