In the US state of Arkansas it’s the law that a minimum of six witnesses attend executions, to make sure they are carried out properly. Arkansas has lined up eight men to be executed by lethal injection in April.
No qualifications necessary except you must be at least 21 and have no criminal record. Trouble is, witnesses are not coming forward.
