Gang banged to rights

In Anhui province, China, 24 people accused of slaughtering thousands of dogs to sell for meat have been tried in court, accused of selling posioned food, theft, and obstructing justice.

The court heard that the accused drove around rural Hefei armed with a crossbow, the darts of which were laced with succinic acid to kill the dogs.
