Ebola never went away

More than 100,000 people in the Democratic Republic of Congo have been vaccinated against Ebola but the disease is relentless and – because this outbreak is in the immensely violent Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) – is little covered by the international media. So far more than 1,000 people have died from Ebola in the DRC, the country’s deadliest outbreak of the virus since 1976.
