Marcia L. King was 21 when she was strangled and murdered, her body thrown into a ditch in Ohio in April 1981. She was wearing a buckskin jacket and her hair was in braids. The unidentified body became known as Buckskin Girl.
Found after two days, she had nothing on her that could identify her, and who she was remained a mystery for 37 years.
Until now. New DNA testing has positively identified her; the hunt for her killer has acquired a new vigour.
