As he was dragged in handcuffs into Brooklyn’s supreme court this week, Kwauhuru Govan, 38, screamed: “They’re framing me for this murder! I can’t even dissect a frog!”
He told the judge that he had been assaulted by police officers and said: “To assault me and punch me in my face, I don’t think President Trump would allow this. Wow. I don’t think you’ll be sitting on your bench very long.”
Govan is already in prison for the second-degree murder in 2005 of a 19 year-old; police think he may in fact be a serial murderer.
Either that or a thwarted frog dissector.
